2.0 Overview

Application Launcher is responsible for application launch, maintenance of application runtime information and maintenance of application life cycle. Applications should be launched by Application Launcher. When the Application Launcher launches an application instance, it adds the information of the application instance to the runtime information table. The runtime information includes application program id, instance id, process id and application state.
