Event Delivery is responsible for publication of messages to arbitrary number of subscribers that enables applications to be aware of surrounding environment and take corresponding action accordingly. Event Delivery provides means of generating, processing, filtering, subscribing, publishing system-wide and application-specific notifications.
A message which Event Delivery handles is expressed as an event and some data.
