LiMo Foundation aims to create an innovative new model for developing mobile experiences by combining the benefits of community-based development – transparency, innovation and scalability -- with the best development practices from the mobile community.
Board of Directors: Key decision making body composed of the Founders and Core Members (to a maximum specified within the Bylaws).
Executive Council: Oversees, manages and approves all matters handled by Architecture Council, Requirements Council, and Foundation Program Office.
Requirements Council: Designates requirements and standards for LiMo platform.
Architecture Council: Primary technical decision making body concerning software specification and development of LiMo platform.
Foundation Program Office: Led by LiMo's Executive Director, the Program Office is responsible for day-to-day operations including coordinating Board and Council meetings, marketing and member support.
